Here are some of the projects that MRC, Inc. had proudly completed in recent years.

Once an abandoned apartment complex known as Treetop Apartments, Pacific Bay Vistas is now a newly rehabilitated 308-unit apartment community.  Spread out over 13 acres and 16 buildings, this pet friendly property is uniquely located in the highlands of San Bruno with views of both the Bay and the Pacific Ocean.  Public amenities include: a 3,500 SF dog park, indoor saltwater pool, fitness center, clubhouse, movie screening room, and an outdoor fireplace lounge.

Value: $62.7 Million

Accelerated 12-month schedule on a 4-story wood frame over slab project.  Amenities included pool, spa, BBQ, photovoltaic covered parking, fitness room and business center.

 

Location: Santa Clara

Value: $21 Million

 

In partnership with FTF Housing, this 3-story apartment project was built to serve the need for affordable housing in Santa Cruz.  With 21 apartment units and a full community center, this project is located near Highway 1 and within walking distance of the downtown area.

Value: $4.3 Million

An Italian inspired 189 unit community of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments complete with a resident activity center, expansive fitness center, as well as  access to 3 resort style swimming pools and 5 outdoor spas. This community has the charm of a small village all while providing luxuries and amenities of a Mediterranean resort.

Italian inspired architecture of 274-unit apartment community.  First of phase community built over 38 acres.  Public amenities include sculptured gardens, resort style pools and spas, fitness center and nearby golf course.

Villa Veneto is an apartment community within the beautiful Palm Valley Development. This gated condominium style community offers 1 – 3 bedroom apartments and 2 bedroom town homes, each with their own private, direct access garage. This community features a spacious Mediterranean landscaped garden, fountain areas, a resort-style pool and top of the line recreation facilities.

Florentine inspired luxury community with various amenities: 2 resort style pools, 3 outdoor spas, outdoor lounges, recreation and gaming rooms, and executive business center.  Unit amenities include upgraded finishes, fixtures & appliances.

Remediation of Brownfield redevelopment site for mixed-use, urban infill in downtown area of Santa Cruz, CA.  Sustainable construction practices and finishes per City of Santa Cruz Green Building Program.

Zero lot line infill project with two floors of underground parking in Mission Bay District.  Within 3 blocks of AT&T Park, each loft style apartment consists of two stories.  Amenities include a rooftop terrace and close proximity to entertainment.

50-unit apartment project built on a single acre on Winchester Avenue in San Jose.  This dense, infill project is within a half mile of Santana Row.  Amenities include: outdoor cooking pavilion, outdoor lounge, fitness and pool/spa.

202-unit condominium community within a mile of Levi’s Stadium and VTA transit hub.  Amenities include 75 foot pool, spa, fitness center, tot lot, 9,000 SF of open courtyards and outdoor living.

Slab-on-grade construction of 22 townhomes on Winchester corridor of San Jose.  10 minute walking distance to shopping at Santana Row and Westfield Mall.

Situated on a hillside, the steep topography and unusual shape of this 13-acre site prevented it from being previously developed. Though a carefully managed design assist process, MRC developed a cost effective solution to provide the necessary balance of hillside retention and lot density maximization.

193 unit apartment project on Winchester Avenue in San Jose. This dense, infill project is within a half mile of Santana Row and Westfield's Valley Fair mall. Amenities include: fitness, pool/spa, BBQ, and secure underground parking.

Villa Calencia is a mixed use project consisting of a collection of condominiums, town homes, and retail businesses. The buildings feature underground parking, a beautiful courtyard garden, and children's playground. These one and two bedroom homes are located minutes away from Santana Row and Valley Fair mall.

 

Location: San Jose

Value: $15 Million

12,000 square foot commercial building in Brentwood, California. Our scope consisted of supervision and completion of the project.  About 25% of the ground floor was an upgraded office area, 25% was rentable R & D space, and 50% production area for a state-of-the-art water softening process plant.  The mezzanine was 100% upgraded office space.  This project had no union requirements.

Value: $2.8 Million

General contractor for a 120-unit apartment project in Walnut Creek, CA. The project was started and partially built by a previous general contractor who was removed. Our scope consisted of supervisions, destructive testing oversight, remediation, framing & completion of the project through to certificate of occupancy. This project had no union requirements.

Renovation interior and exterior of this apartment complex just off of Capitol Expressway in San Jose.

 

Location: San Jose

 

Marriott Hotel

Located in Walnut Creek. Renovation of units, pool area, and ballrooms.

Remodel in Campbell. Quaint studio, one, and two bedroom units located in a park setting. The community includes a swimming pool, sun deck, fitness center, and covered parking.

 

Location: Campbell

Located in Monterey, this project was a rehabilitation and renovation work. Restoration of fire and water damaged units in one of the buildings. Site renovation insued. Units include spacious living quarters with panoramic views of Monterey Bay.
